Two unusual operations separateo Simplicio and Lucio Godino, the Siamese twins, aged 28, after Lucio’s death from rheumatic fever. Separate circulatory systems encourages tho belief that Simplicio will live. They also had separate nervous systems. An anaesthetic was unnecessary. One operation was necessary for severance, while the other was a plastic operation.
