Valentine, of clndno, Professor Saunders Lewis, president of the Welsli Nationalist Society, and Mr. D. J. Williams, of Fishguard, gave themselves up to the Pwllheli police to-day, announcing that the Air Ministry’s new bombing station outside the town was ablaze. The. fire brigade, assisted by workmen, prevented the first from spreading to adjacent bungalows, , ~■ / The Air .Ministry,..says that po Govern ment buildings were damaged, the site of'the fire being a .timber, contractors’ shed in the armament traiuirijT camp at. Penrhos, where some timber was destroyed.* It is recalled , that the Welsh Nationalist Party stubbornly opposed the establishment of an .aerodrome bombing station.
