Armstrong) will introduce legislation governing wages and conditions of employment of workers on dairy farms. Air. Armstrong said to-day that this bill; which makes'provision for'annual, holidays, was based on the agreement with the Farmers’ Union. It was not proposed-1$ go beyond the scope of (he agreement. Once , this legislation became law there would be little doubt tiiat other farm workers would come in. Air. Armstrong said that probably there would be further negotiations with tho Fanners’ Uunidn on their behalf.
