L1.5/2/-, both offences taking place on June 15. Accused pleaded guilty and was committed 'to the Supreme Court fet, Napier for sentence on August ,‘3. DROWNED IN RIVER. OPEN VERDICT. 'Press Association!. WELLINGTON, July 15. An inquest was held to-dav on tho body of Robert Rixon, who was, drowned at Kaiwarra within 12 hours ol leaving Trentham racecourse on July 7.
