TRANSPARENT RAINPROOF CAPEPARIS, May 17. In the mid-season collections now showing, Schiaparelli, always to the fore with fresh ideas, launches a new fashion in evening wraps. It is a transparent opalescent rainproof, in the form of a long cape, with a hood which can be slipped over the head in the event of sudden showers. This is worn over a lovely frock of printed ereuo de chine in coloured flowers.
