RETRIAL OF MAREO
STXTY JURORS SUMMONED (Press Associationt AUCKLAND, May 23. Summonses- have been issued to 60 jurors for the retrial of Eric Marco, musician, who was. found guilty at the February sessions of the Supremo Court oil murdering his wife by administering veronal poisoning. It is likely that Mr Ju’stice Ostler will be the judge for retrial which will commence on. Monday week. The Crown’s c’aise will bd conducted by Mu V. R. Meredith, and Mr P. McCarthy. and the defence by Mr H. F. O'Leary, Air Trevor Henry,<?and! Mr K. O. Atkins.
