The first out was Alby (J. Dornan) who ran seven furlongs easily in 1.34. Black Thread (Zuppicich) went a round at three-quarter pace, while Hunting Mars, with the same rider, covered two rounds at half-pace. Iluinette (J. Dornan) covered four furlongs in 52sec. with ease. In a. pleasing style Good Hunting (Zuppicich) ran four furlongs in 52 l-ssec.

Quake (N. Davis) went well, covering four furlongs in SOsec. Minnow (N. Davis) comfortably ran four furlongs in 52sec. Mata Hari (N. Darts) and Stitchbird both did six furlongs in lmin> 20sec. Mata Hari accomplished her task comfortably, Hut the gelding is a very lazy worker. Hinepit (J. Dornan) showed a clean pair of heels to Gold Thread's sister over three furlongs in 39sec. Kahunoke (Zuppecich) ‘ ran seven furlongs in Imin. 335e0., finishing well.

Mahala (W. Davis) went two rounds at a strong half pace. Accrana (J. Dornan) and Gay Hunter (J. Kellett) finished on terms over four furlongs in 50 l-ssec., both finishing on well. Mr. W. Wilson’s Gasbag gelding shaped better than Acramia’ s sister in a sprint up the straight. . Smiglare (C. Kerr) and Ace Willonyx (J. Lorrigan) finished on terms over a three-furlong run in 36 l-ssec. from a flying start. Hunters Morn (W. Turnbull) sprinted home from the two furlongs post.

De Friend (A. Tinsley)’ was 3-ssee in front of Ua-La over live furlongs, (lie filly taking linin'. 3 2-ssec. Sunny Sky (C. Kerr) ran five furlonsg in lmin. 3 2-ssec., pulling up well.

Red Hunting (J. Nixon) was set a light task, sprinting home. 0«r Bonnie (A. Tinsley) was/set a light task and Small Boy (C. Kerr) was not asked to dio much. Big Dook (N. Davis) and Vanestep (J. Lorrigan) went four furlongs together; they were not, out to make time.

. Vulpes (Rangi) ran five furlongs in Imin 4sce., the first two in 26sec. (Golden Blonde (A. Tinsley) was seta light task; the filly has no immediate engagements.

Joe Louis (C. Kerr) rail three furlongs in 37sec. Quaint (C. Kerr) went a mile in 1 min 44sec., the first three furlongs in 37 3-5 sec. and tho fourth in Slsec. Fortene (C. Kerr) ran four furlongs in 51sec. , Lordly Knight (C. Kerr) ran three furlongs in 37 3-ssec., doing hi s best. Pucinni (Rangi) went a round over the schooling hurdles in Imin 45sec., completing the morning's work.
