TO-MORROW : “GOOSE AND THE GANDER" AND “JANE EYRE”

Two outstanding features will he presented at the Regent to-morrow. “The 'Goose and the Gander" a comedy drama involving a unique love tangle, is the first! feature, with Kay Francis and George Brent m the chief roles. The plot involves the theft of hearts and jewels, is sot m the gayest of atmospheres, and carries most exciting situations. The story revolves about the plot of a divorced wife to get even with the p r et ty blonde who stole her husband’s heart. With all under one roof and a robber and Ins wife who. have run out of gas. thrown in for good measure, theie ensues many lively, exciting, and embarrassing situations which culminate in a surprising climax. Tn the, cast with Kay Francis and .George Brent are Genevieve Tobin. John Eldredgc. Claire Dodd. Ralph Fbrbos Helen Lowell, Spencer (.’barters and Gordon Elliott. ft is doubtful if a more exciting or more beautiful romantic story has ever been written than Charlotte Bronte’s “Jane Eyre”, the second feature. No better choice for thc title role could have been made than the lovely 'Virginia Bruce. Another splendid performance is given by Col in Clive. Beryl Mercer and David Torrence, head a really notable supporting oast.
