Smith and Parks opened and they gave 'a sparkling display, tackling tho bawling, which was not particularly hostile, from all angles. Twelve runs were scored off tho first over. Parks made 18 in the first 20 minutes. Hardstaff and Human were associated in a brilliant partnership Hillman, made 78 in 45 minufos. He hit nino fours. The first 200 came up in 212 minutes and the next century in 73 minutes
