This thought was emphasised by Pastor Paseoe in the Majestic Theatre on Sunday night, in an address on The subject. “One Thousand Years from Now.” It is. lie said, made plain from Rev. 20: 4-0 that the resurrection of the righteous in the first resurrection will mark the beginning of the 100(1 years, while the resurrection of the wicked in the second resurrection will mark the close of tin’s millennial period. As the Scriptures very definitely teach that the righteous will lie raised at the Second Advent of Jesus Christ, it is evident- that the Second Advent of Christ to gather His saints will introduce the Millennium.

At the Second Coming of Chri.-t ihe righteous dead will rise with immortal bodies, the liv’iig righteous will ho changed to immortality, and all the Children of. God wil he caught up together to meet Jesus in the air

and go back wllh Him to the prepared mansions of the Nc.w Jerusalem in the high heaven, and there they will reign with Christ during the 1000 years. The wicked who are alive njiou the earth at Ills appearing will he struck dead by the brightness of the scene. During this same period. Satan will he eon fined to the earth, bound by a chain oi circumstances, because of the fact that ho will have no one to tempi, or deceive. He and his hosts of evil angels, who were east out of Heaven when they rebelled against Heaven's government will share the same late' of being bound on this desolate' earth. Daring the 1000 years the saints will he reigning in slory with Christ,

in the New Jerusalem. At the close ol the ](K)0 years, the New Jerusalem, with all the saints and Jesus, will descend to the earth. Also, at the close of the 1000 years, the wicked will he raised from the dead in the second resurrection, which event will again liberate the devil and. as soon *«k the wicked are brought back

to life, Satan deceives them and leads them to an attack on Mid New Jerusalem in an attempt to capture it. God causes tire to he rained-down upon them which devours them. This fire which destroys the wicked wiil melt the earl.li. Then God will reconstruct it, into a, new, perfect earth, where iho righteous alone will live and reign with Christ for . ever and ever. Thus, a. thousand years from now this earth will be the home of the redeemed. Mr Pascoe will conclude the series of lectures next Sunday night.
