Dickie’s request that before the Western Australian secession delegation departs liext week tho House consider the secession petition and the joint committee’s report on it with a. view, to making a decision whether the petition should be received or not, thc Prime Minister, Air Stanley Baldwin, regretted that owing to pressure of .public business lie could not undertake to make special arrangements for discussion.
