THREAT AGAINST BRITAIN. SEIZURE OF VITAL SERVICES. DEBTS “FORGIVEN.” LONDON, June 1. A complete programme for overthrowing the British Government and establishing the Bolshevik regime in Great Britain with all its horrors has been published by the Moscow Comintern. The Russian text of this amazing document has been published in the “Communist International.” It is entitled “Programme of the Soviet Government to be established by the Communist Party in England.” It gives plans which have been discussed and approved within the walls of the Moscow Kremlin, in the most minute detail. SEIZING CONTROL. The document contains more than 10,000 words, and the British section of the Comintern is now translating the Kremlin’s programme for Britain which it is planned to spread through out Britain during the King’s Silver Jubilee celebrations, the British Royal Family, since this The document even mentions how the Bolsheviks plan to “liquidate” step would be one of the first necessary towards the establishment of a classless society. The programme details how Bolsheviks will .seize control of finance, industries, agriculture, and transport. The British Navy, Army, and Air Force would be supplanted by a Rod Army, Navy and Air Force. DIVISION OF WEALTH. The Kremlin’s specialists in world revolution foresee the necessity of “liquidating” (which is Bolshevism's term for mass murders) the British capitalist class', whose wealth will be divided among the proletariat at, some future date—riot, mentioned in the document. The British Bolshevik Government would not attempt to realise investments made abroad, hut would present them as gifts to the debtor countries regardless of whether or not they would also adopt a Bolshevik form of government.. One of the first acts of the revolutionists would be to recall troops from Northern Ireland, India, arid the African colonies, giving the dependencies complete independence. Tho Comintern reassures the British ' population that there is no danger of famine during the period of civil war and revolution which it plans. It states that Britain always has a food supply sufficient to last from four to eight months, and in case of need live stock can he slaughtered which would later be replaced, while the fishing industry can also be intensified to provide a larger food su; plyBritish farmers would he immediately organised into collective farms on the Russian pattern. Besides publishing all the secret treaties \vliicli the Beds expect to find hidden in Whitehall, decrees would be. issued separating the Anglican and Scottish Churches from the'State and depriving them of “subsidies.”
