WATERS RECEDING VICTORIAN FLOOD DANGER OVER. (U.P.A. by Elec. Tel. Copyright) MELBOURNE. May 2 The worst danger in the flooded areas has passed, and householders are returning to tjirir homes, which on Tuesday were under water. Serious damage has been done to pastures. Tho flooded Yarra is still causing considerable inconvenience to shipping, while high seas are running along the coast resulting in interstate -steamers being many hours behind schedule.
