The handsome Robert Donat- has the stellar role in the (screen version of John Buchan’s celebrated spy story, “The Thirty-Nine Steps.” The film is being produced un'der the direction of Mr Alfred Hitchcock, the noted English direetpr, wfifr is. siiid to be making a wonderful job df the production. Mr Buchan,’ the .author, visited the -studios recently and was -considerably impressed’ with the screen adaptation of his novel. Others in the cast include Lucy Manheiiri, Frank Collier, Godfrey TeaHe, Peggy Simpson and Peggy Ashcroft.
