Thomas) to the Borough Council meeting on Wednesday, ‘‘flooding occurred at the following intersections: Mangapapa road and Ormond .road, Fox street and Stout street, and opposite the Y.M.C.A. building. The lastmentioned trouble was due to the stormwater grating being too small. This grating will be replaced and details, of necessary stormwater drains at the other two places axe being prepared and will be submitted later. The lowering of a 12in.
