Tho dairying- season has been a success in the .Toat-oa district, reports the' Opotiki “Guardian.” While other districts have suffered from prolonged dry spells and floods, the Toatoa district, in common with other parts of the Opotiki County, has experienced most favorable weather, and the country there now is looking remarkably well. There are good paddocks of swede turnips, and some of the -settlers are busliy engaged in sowing grass seed on secondgrowth burns.
