Cup, tor which Ivamal Pasha was a few tickets better favorite than Hunting Go. The outsiders Quietly and Silver Sight however, paid the dividends. This stable pair settled down to a neck and neck struggle in the straight, Quietly on the inside getting up to gain a head verdict. Hunting Go came from the rear position entering the straight to secure third money from Kamal Pasha, who whs followed by Cleaner. Tout le Monde, Imperial Spear, Minerval, Polydora, Courtyard, Sea Fox and Nightform. The result was a triumph for S- Parr’s -stable, which supplied the two dividend payers. Silver Sight looked a comfortable winner when he drew out at the distance, but in .spite of his game response to a punishing finish, he once more failed in the final pinch. Quietly’s success was full of merit as she had some leeway to make up turning for home. Hunting Go, although not far away, wa,s in last place half a mile from home and di'd not improve to much, extent until well into the homo turn. He put in a remarkable fast run to get into the money. Kama! Pasha disappointed and it would appear as if a mile is his limit. Tout le Alonde and Polydora both threatened danger when they moved up rounding the turn into- the straight, but neither could finish on. Mineral and Nigkform were always well hack.
