The King and Queen left Bucking ham Palace on Wednesday afternoon for Windsor Castle, where they will stay for about a month.—B.O.W. The Duke and Duchess of Kent, who are homeward hound from their honeymoon 1 •cruise, landed for two hours .from the liner Orduna at St. George, Bermuda', 011 Wednesday, and were received by the Governor, with whom they drove to the crystal caves —B.O. W. Mr John Farrell arrived in town last evening to make arrangements for the J. C. Williamson production, of “The Wind and the Rain” to be staged at >• the Opera House' on Saturday and Monday week next. The play is written by Dr: Merton Hodge, an old Gisborne boy/ arid now one of the leading playwrights of Britain.
