MAILBAG ROBBERY
REGISTERED PACKAGES STOLEN FROM TRAIN. THIRD TIME IN THREE WEEKS. (U.P.A. by Elec. Tel Copvright') PERTH, April 4. On the arrival of the Great Western express at Kalgoorlie from Perth it was discovered that the brake van which contained the European ana Western Australian mail for the goldfields and eastern States had been forced open en route and a number of registered' packages stolen. Ten mailbags had been opened, and the letters were strewn about the van. This is the third mailbag robbery in throe weeks.
