Seas: High about Foveaux Strait; rather rough to rough elsewhere on West Coast and south of Cas'tlepoint moderate north of Canterbury. Eastern Tasman : At ode rate to strong southerly winds, rough seas. Weather; Cold and changeable and some rain in most districts, but only light and scattered: over the northern half of the North Island', some hail in the south.
