LONDON, Nov. 11.The “Daily Chronicle's” Berlin correspondent says that coinciding with Reichbishop Alueller's new announcement that he had no intention of resigning, Herr Frick - , Alinistcr of the Interior, issued a decree forbidding all reference to church matters in the lay press or leaflets. A second decree extends the ban to the entire, religious press except the official Church Gazette.
