WELL-KNOWN AMERICAN motor gar spare parts, 00URT BARS SALES SN AUSTRALIA! (U.P A. by Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received May 25, 7 p.m.) SYDNEY, May 25. Plaintiffs in the Equity Court here complained that imitative spare parts of a certain wellknown American motor car were being imported into Australia from Japan in large quantities, and sold to dealers at prices far below those bearing the trade make of the patentees, with the result that the Court granted an injunction restraining three Sydney firms from selling parts which infringed the brand and the trade mark of this particular car. It was alleged that the vendors made considerable profits from the transactions.
