GISBORNE CLUB j A good muster of players attend-j od the Gisborne Club's greens yesterday,. iwhen the third round of the Thursday Fours was completed, together with various ordinary games. Following are the results; — Grade, Adams, Williams, and Armstrong (s) 20 v. Gilmer, Zachariah, Johnson, jmd Holmes (s) 17. Farnie, York, Nasmith, and Sinclair (s) 23 heat Crawshniw, Corson, Miller, and Maude (s) 17. DeOosta, Fairlic, Stoneham, and Stephenson (s) 22 v. Ratbsach, Bull Clark and Robertson (s) 12- A featuro of this game was the consistent play of Stoneham, who was a continual Source of worry to his opponents. —Ordinary Games — Jones (Wanganui), Henderson, and McGregor 23 v. Dodd, Sutton, and Allan 18. Ellis, H. Jones A. Hay and Smith 18 v. Park, J. Hay, Beckett, and Craiwflordi 14. —Champion Pairs — Munro and Allan (s) bent Sinclair and Stephenson (s); Sutton and Holmes (s) beat Zachariah and Smith fs) ; Waite and Williams (s) beat Corson and Miller (s). Tho hostesses for the. afternoon were Mosclarnes Clark and Grade.
