POVERTY BAY DISPUTE arbitration hearing Decision was reserved by Mr JusticfV’Vrazer in the ■ Arbitration Court at Wellington on Saturday morning in a dispute between the Gisborne Builders’ and Contractors’ Industrial Union of Employers and the Poverty Bay and East Coast Builders Contractors’ and Geneeral Labors’ Industrial Union of Workers in respect of a new award. Application was made to confirm the recommendations made . by the Conciliation Council when fitting at Gisborne. The only point m dispute was whether the Cook County oun cil and the Waikolm County Counci should be included in the list o parties. Mr T O Bishop who, together with Mr M. J. White, represented the employers, submitted that .as his parties had not been cited ao parties, they cou'ld not properly e included in the list of parties. Mr C. E. Bickford, on behalf or the workers, offered argument in op position and sought an adjourn ment. The adjournment was opposed v Mr Bishop, who asked for a now award,
