ARSENAL

Passengers from, Bangkok report that the revolt is spreading. The Navy lias gone to the rebels, who are in possession of the arsenal. Therefore the Government has no ammunition beyond the sinal| present stocks. The rebels captured Petchaburi, an important railway station on the line connecting Siam and Malaya, cutting off communication with ' this country and Bangkok.
