death follows injuries on ItUGBY FIELD. -AIASTERTON, May 28. As the result of head injuries received m a senior Rugby match between, Masterton and AJartinborougli, played at Memorial Park yesterday, Andrew Donald, son of Air. and Airs. Alex Donald, of Kopua-ra-nga, and a member of the Masterten team, died in the ALisierion Hospital this evening. lhe deceased youth was wellknown in the Kopuaranga and Aiauricevilie distreits and was very popular. His parents arc prominent settlers of Kopuaranga. Air. Donald senr has boon, a member of the Wellington Education Board for a number of years, and is associated with several AVairarapa local bodies am! organisations.
