The Court df Appeal delivered Judgment to-day in the case of Woolworths, Ltd., v Charlton D. Dawson and Bertram K. Dawson

Separate Judgments were prepares, by all members of the Bench. They were unanimous that there tvvas ample Evidence to justify tho finding of the judge in the court below that tho rent payable between the parties under the contract was a “fair” rent, a( d for this reason the court would not interfere with the discretion exercised by the trial judge, and the appeal was dismissed, with costs on the highest scale as from V distance.
