Tlie wort: at Tolinsonville will be completed by Friday, arid the Department of Agriculture considers that Iho chances of swine fever spreading are now considerably red viced.
Alany pig farmers throughout the country are now reporting any signs of sickness in their stock.
Reports of suspicious deaths have been received from the Manawatu district, but investigations by the Departmental officers show that, the deaths were not due to swine friver.
