The nominations for-the Bulli byelection, owing to Air Lysaght’s death are: Arthur Buttoroll, U.A.P.; Paul Martin, Communist; John Sweeney, Lang Labor; Albert Willis, Minors’ Labor.
Air Willis has resigned from the Legislative Council. 1

A further development in the Bull, bv-elcction is that the .president of the State Labor party announces tho expulsion of Air Willis from the party owing to his action in defying the executive and nominating for Bull). A swift counter-move has been made by a number of union secretaries, who have issued a manifesto, requesting a special Static Labor conference • m July. Tho manifesto claims that the present crisis in the Labor men emeiit is the culmination of a long series or ill-judged and foolish actions, which have prevented Labor in tins State and tho Commonwealth from gaining tho reins of government.
