SLIGHT MISHAP ON LANDING

Air. David Cross, of ChaVion, successfully flow a home-made aeroplane on two short flights. The machine readied a height ol 2001't, hut the propeller and lindor-c-arriago were damaged owing to striking a log on landing. This w'as the first time Air. Cross had been at tho controls of any machine.
