Following the conclusion of the ■final class, the zig-zag huntaway, at the annual meeting of tho Ruatoria Sheepdog Trial Club, the Poverty Bay district titles were allocated -ns follows: — Long head maximum 50 point-*).— D. Bruce’s Smut, 39 points. Short head (maximum 00 points). —E. Libline’s Lad, 561 points. Zig-Zag' huntaway (maximum 45 points). —B. Brosnahan’s Sweep 411 points. The zig-zag huntaway drew >he largo field of 50 entries and was won by B. Brosnahan’s Swoop with 41 i points out of 45, which wn.s 1 .jpts better than tho second' on the list, E. Neel’s Bruce.
