The Prussian Diet passed a Bill conferring plenary powers on tho Nazi Premier, Captain Goering and abolishing nearly all constitutional stipulations, including the popular referendum to vote laws.
The Council approved the Bill, and Parliament has adjourned indefinite-
The new Enabling, Act vests General Georing with dictatorial powers until April, 1937.
General Goering said lie would soon issue decrees, some of which might prove unpopular. Only indisputably national-minded persons would he allowed in future to fill official positions.
