The Adolf Rohrbach aeroplane Company has designed a propellerless aeroplane, which they claim will revolutionize aeronautics. The plane will rise and descend perpendicularly, stand still in mid-air, and then turn in any direction. The ipachine will be propelled by the rotation of its own wings, each consisting of three paddles like a paddle steamer.
