The Poolta is scheduled to load at. southern ports for Napier and Gisborne, leaving Dunedin and Onniaru on Tuesday, 17th inst., working Timaru Wednesday, Lyttelton Thursday, thence Wellington. She -is due at Gisborne again about 25th inst. The Totara sailed from Greymouth at 8.30 p.m. on Thursday and has on board a cargo of coal for discharge at- this port. She is due - here on Monday.
The Kalingo is fixed to load at Sydney about the end of .January and at Newcastle early in February, taking general cargo and coal for Napier and Gisborne. The Cumberland', which replaces the Northumberland, is fixed to load at Tokomaru Ray on or about 25th inst. taking frozen meat, wool and general cargo for London.
The Pukeko sailed on Thursday afternoon for Napier, from which port she will proceed to Auckland to load there again on Monday and Tuesday for the Coast, Gisborne and Napier. The Koutunui, will load at Lyttelton on Monday for YYaikokopu, Gisborne, and the Coast. The Commonwealth . and Dominion Line steamer Port Caroline is due here on Monday to load frozen meat and butter for London. The Shaw, Savill and Albion Company’s motor, vessel - Taranaki is expected here on Wednesday to load ivool for .London,

The Northumberland's fixed to load at Tokomaru Bav on or about January 15, ancl at Gisborne about January 19, taking frozen meat, wool, .and treneral cargo for London, Avonmouth, Liverpool, Manchester and Glasgow. A New York cable message states that the Lurline sailed on her maiden voyage to San Pedro on Thursday, when she leaves on January 28 to inaugurate a service with Australia. —A.P.A.
