When labor was called to start killing at the Burnside freezing works under the new agreement- this morning there was no response from unionists. and free labor was engaged. 10 men starting in the meantime. There are a large number of applicants for work, and more will bo engaged later. Some picketing took place, hut the police prevented anything in the wav of intimidation.
