The articles of ratification of the protocol, providing for a loan to the Austrian Government amounting in 300,000,000 schillings, have hoon deposited at Geneva by Britain, Italy and Austria. Ratification by France before midnight to-night, which is necessary to give effect to the protocol, was assured lasi night when the French Senate, by 148 to 68 votes, approved the bill guaranteeing the French share ;n the loan.
