HOSPITAL BOARD (Special to tlio Times.) The Director-General of Health has written to the board staling 'hat the Minister has approved of an o\Orel ra.t not exceeding £750 to 'he end of June. BOROUGH COUNCIL. A special meeting’ of the council was held to consider the striking of a rate for the current year. The Mayor (Air. J.
