Five Japanese were killed and -■ u wouuded in. dispersing GOO guierillas who attacked a Japanese munitions train east of Harbin.

The fighting was the heaviest in the past mouth. The Japanese summoned .armoured cans from Imiempo, after- which the Chinese retreated, leaving 140 dead. The Japanese defeated 1000 guerilla,s who attacked Hsiriclietig, south of Chinchow. The Japanese claim that they suffered only live casualties, while 200 of the attackers were killed or wounded.
