SHOCKING CRIME AT HOBART

April cA cold-blooded murder was perpelrated in Harrington street, Hobart, the victim being Charles Whelan, 65, a waterside.]', living alone, wiio was shot dead by two men who, later, were seen running away front the scene. A neighbor heard the men. demanding money in the vilest language, alto Whelan's protests, and tlicit the shot and a curse.
The neighbor followed the men lor some distance and then rofnniod and found Whelan dead.
