Seldom have Wellington worn on had a bettor opportunity for wearing to advantage their really summery rare frocks than on Saturday at) Trentharn. The glorious sunshipo was not spoilt by any wind; arid scarcely a cloud appeared in the -sky nil day. Manv. picturesque frocks were seen, mostly with wide-brimmCd lints, and often with brightly-color-ed parasols. Floral chiffons were still very much in evidence, tho smartness of thee being combined with fine cobweb lace. Others had chosen trim tailored suits, which are smart on any occasion, black and white ensembles being particularly noticeable. Oiowlers and Robin Hood hats, with their ostrich loathe civ, were still popular, but, possibly, became of the brilliant ’sunshine, large diadv hats in smooth and rough straws were in the majority.
