Others had chosen trim tailored suits, which are smart on any occasion, black and white ensembles being particularly noticeable. Oiowlers and Robin Hood hats, with their ostrich loathe civ, were still popular, but, possibly, became of the brilliant ’sunshine, large diadv hats in smooth and rough straws were in the majority.
