India will bo represented at the Disarmament Conference by Sir Samuel Hoare, who will act as leader insofar as his Parliamentary and other duties may permit, the Aga Khan, and Sir Henry Wheeler, a member of the Council to India. They will ho accompanied by four expert advisers.
