At the Foxton Alagistrate’s Court a case of considerable interest to churchgoers and garage proprietors was heard before Air J.. L. Stout, S.AI., when the Rev. AV. H. Watson, Vicar of All Saints’, jirpceeded against L. G. Potts, an employee of the Standard Service Station, (ior disturbing a religious service on Sunday evening last. Mr VV. Hairl, manager of the station, on behali of Potts, entered a plea of not guilty. Mr Al. B. Bergin, for the plaintiff stated that the noise of opening benzine drums ..at,, the station,which is situated only two and a-hall’ chains across the .road*, from the church, had interrupted the evening service.
