AfAY END THIS WEEK (British Official Wireless) RUGBY, Nov. 22. It is understood that the question of tho Indian Conference is being further considered by Cabinet. The Prime. Alinister has been devoting much time during the last few' days to conference affairs. It has been confidently expected, in view, of the failure of the delegates to settle the communal problem, that the conference would be brought to an end this week, but in response to a desire for a conference discussions of some of tho safeguards considered necessary at - tho outlet in any scheme of feddration with responsibility !at the centre, those proposed reserved subjects are still being debated in the Federal Structure committee. The Prime Alinister during tho week had interview's with the Nawab of Bhopal, Air Gandhi, the Aga Khan, Sir Tej Sapra, and o'ther leaders. Late last night representations were made to the Prime Alinister and Air Baldwin by a delegation' representative of the Conservative India committee in Parliament.
