In the Supreme Court, sentences were imposed this lnornuig us lows: George Edward Clout, a butcher. convicted of six c-iargcs ot breaches of the Bankruptcy Act. nine months’ hard labor: Henry Ernest Ferguson. who pleaded guilty m the lower court to four charges of forgery and uttering. nine months’ imprisonment, following lU months reformative detention cu each charge the sentences to be concurrent; Francis Peter Harrison, who pleatieu guilty in the lower court to breakiug land enuring and theit, two veins' detention at a Borstal institution.
