Replying to a deputation of agriculturists emphasising the urgency of an early announcement of the Government's intentions, the Alinister of Agriculture, Sir John Gilmour, declared that a decision on agricultural policy would Tie reached as early as possible. The National Farmers’ Union passed a resolution deploring the exclusion of agricultural produce, from the anti-dumping legislation.
