BRITISH GOVERNMENT APPOINT ROYAL COMMISSION

It was announced in the Commons that tlie Government had decided. to appoint- a Royal Commission to visit Malta to consider tlie existing political situation there and make recommendation as to the steps to deal with it. with special reference tc the possibility of a re-establish-ment of constitutional' Government, thp personnel of the Commission to be announced shortly.
