Replying to a Parliamentary question regarding the Red Sea slave trade, the Foreign Under.Secrotary, Dr. Dalton, said a considerable measure of co-operation lias been established among the British, French and Italian Governments. In addition to a British patrol, French and Italian warships are regularly stationed in the Red Sea. British officials in the neighboring territory periodically meet their French and Italian colleagues to exchange information. The officer's on the British sloops are also kept in touch with local authorities. It is proposed to experiment shortly in tlio use of float planes.
