Seas, N.Z. waters: Bather rough to rough, but moderating to-morrow, gasman Sea: M oderate to strong winds and rather (rough to rough, but decreasing seas in the eastern Tasman. Weather: Still changeable, with scattered showers, but soon improving.

Cold temperatures, with some frosts in the South Island.
