The Times’ Riga correspondentsays that, with the admission that Communism has thus far failed to attract the British masses, the Com. munist International has ordered the British Communist party to bogin a new energetic campaign, introducing new methods, including the immediate opening of nine Communist schools in England for training district leaders, also special courses in all populous centres.
The Labor Government- and Labor party, it is stressed, must bp among the chief objects of attack. All nonCommunist organisations, including boy soouis, must be destroyed.
