IPres* AisoolatioD.J CHRISTCH UIICH, Aug. 25. .After a sittihg of four hours the Conciliation Council set- up-, to .dealwith", claims for a new award 'by the Chris fell urch Tfaimvnv Employees Union adjourned yesterday without reaching an agreement' on any important clause. The union claims represented increases of one pouny per hour in wages and several demands for amended hours and conditions. The Tramways Board submitted counter proposals lor a.reduction of Wages, of one halfpenny per hour., with certain amendments, in conditions.. i.Mr. W.
